This is a personal, non-commercial website about game development. I take your privacy seriously and keep data collection to an absolute minimum.

Hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you visit, GitHub may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and referring page in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the website to you. GitHub’s privacy statement is available at github.com/privacy.

Cloudflare

This site uses Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as a content delivery network and for security (DDoS protection, bot mitigation, email obfuscation). Cloudflare may process your IP address and set technical cookies (__cf_bm for bot detection, cf_clearance to remember completed security challenges). These are strictly necessary cookies and do not require consent. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

YouTube

Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos. No data is sent to YouTube until you click the play button. Videos are loaded via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you click play, YouTube may set cookies and collect data according to Google’s privacy policy.

Analytics

This site does not use any dedicated analytics or tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics). However, Cloudflare collects aggregated traffic data (such as page views, countries, and request counts) as part of its CDN and security service. This data is visible in the Cloudflare dashboard but does not include personal profiles or individual tracking.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. The only cookies that may appear are set by Cloudflare (__cf_bm, cf_clearance — for security and bot detection) and YouTube (if you choose to play a video). Your theme preference (dark or light mode) is stored in your browser’s local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since this site does not collect or store any personal data beyond what is described above, there is typically nothing to request.
